Top tips for your interview from our clinical leads

We do international recruitment trips around the world 4-5 times a year and love coming to visit candidates in their home countries for interviews.

We wanted to share what our top tips would be for coming along for an interview:

  1. Bring an up-to-date CV – it is important we have accurate information
  2. Don’t forget your documents – nursing licence, nursing qualifications, passport, English test pass (if completed, but not necessary)
  3. If you are attending with family and friends please let them wait in the lobby (we have limited capacity in the interview room)
  4. Be prepared to wait – we do our best to stick to your interview time but your interview may be delayed. There are only two of us interviewing J
  5. Try not to come after a night shift or if you are on a night shift that night – we want to see you at your best and don’t want you to be exhausted
  6. Bring a friend or colleague – we have lots of opportunities available and recruit for hospital across the UK
